I needed a Mercedes mechanic after my dealer warranty expired and I didn't know where to take my car to repair the AC. I consulted with a friend who has a Mercedes and he recommended MVP German Auto. After determining that MVP German Auto has an A rating with Better Business Bureau, I decided to take my car in and have it serviced here. Their diagnostic fee was very reasonable, $90.00 (compared to dealer pricing of $180.00). My car was repaired to my satisfaction. The owner, Bill Barikos, has been operating this business for 20+ years and runs a top notch shop. The shop looks like a small dealership. With a comfortable waiting area, conference room, and snack area. The staff is friendly and helpful. I got a lift back to work after dropping off my car and I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and they washed it for me. I got my car serviced on a Friday and the following Monday, Mark called me to see how my car was doing? Talk about follow up on service! I also received a Thank You card in the mail. I never received a call from the dealer service dept following my repairs. I am happy that I have found a reliable and trustworthy mechanic for my car.

I originally went here after my 2006 Mercedes E350 went out of warranty and I wanted a shop that was close to my office. Since then I have gone back for several services and repairs, and have been extremely happy every time. There pricing is almost half off the dealership.

Recently I had a small leak around a seal, and Mark tried to see if a dealer would repair it for free (even through the warranty was out). This is a great example of how MVP German Auto Specialist to do the best for its customers even if it might mean a bit less for them. In the end, the dealer wouldn't do the fix and I paid MVP German Auto Specialist to do the repairs.
